Dying Craft is an award-winning short documentary about one of the last gondola boat builders in venice called Roberto Tramontin. At his workshop „Tramontin & Figli“ he practices a craft that’s becoming ever rarer. Roberto’s grandfather founded the boatyard and since that time it has passed from generation to generation. Today a question mark hangs over the prospects for a successor to Roberto.
